"Does Meaning Matter? – How Life Purpose Motivates Rewarding Recovery"

John will present elements of his company’s new motivational series and workbook, The Roadmap to Lifelong Recovery. Clients who identify their life purpose increase the likelihood of rewarding recovery. They boost their resistance to relapse and experience sustained motivation for healthy sobriety. This interactive workshop illustrates how clinicians can use tested tools/exercises to assist clients discover the motivational power of meaning, life purpose, and spirituality. Scientific data from recent studies will present findings related to these three topics.
